Meet Brad:
Meet Brad ~ I had the great pleasure of sharing a night of chat music & song with this larger than life character and his entourage at my home tavern recently in Ireland
https://youtu.be/IMFehjElquI?si=ICB20-0Y_fvo7-3D
Alternate titles: “Brad’s Mind Gets Blown By Glass” or “Where Science meets Art” and “how to maintain youthfulness into your 80s with Local Legend, Jeanie Blair”. A 21st century Annie Oakley, Jeanie Blair is a legend in multiple categories – a marathon runner, occasional pigeon trainer, and oldest member of the USA Skeet Shooting Team. I could spend a lifetime learning from her, so come with us on a trip down to New Orleans to check out her Glassworks and Printmaking Studio. We’ll put on our sunglasses, head down to the lava lake, and look deep into the glory hole for inspiration in making first ever handblown drinking glass.
Hope you enjoy the episode as much as I enjoyed learning the ways of the glass. Thanks to Jeanie, Jarrith, and the entire staff of the New Orleans Glassworks and Printmaking Studio for making us feel so welcome. If you want to blow your own glass with these legends, hit the link below!

Also, shoutout to my bud Jade at Port of Call for the bottle of her incredible fassionola syrup!!
And lastly, this episode would not have been possible without our friends at Topo Chico. Turns out the lava lake gets pretty warm… and finishing the day with an ice cold Topo Chico cheers with my new friend Jeanie was just what the doctor ordered. I’m not sure what was more Bubbly, the sparkling mineral water from Topo Chico or the Local Legend, Jeanie Blair. You be the judge!
Watch the episode and find some ice cold Topo Chico bottles near you! Follow them on instagram @TopoChicoUSA and of course their lovely website:
